Southern Comforts now offers shipping via U-Ship for furniture & large, heavy pieces and UPS for decor accessories. 

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING THOROUGHLY

Please make sure you have read all descriptions (consigned pieces are used & may have imperfections), know what the measurements are (may vary by a few millimeters) & examine all photos related to the piece(s) you wish to have shipped. If you have any questions please email them to consign@southerncomforts.com.

NOT ALL ITEMS QUALIFY FOR SHIPPING. Please email us at consign@southerncomforts.com if you have questions about a specific item for shipping.

We do our very best to give an honest & accurate description & capture all imperfections. On occasion we unknowingly miss some . Please be advised that colors may not be exact due to lighting and devices & monitors.

Although we have a no returns policy, if you feel that you MUST return a piece, it is important that you EMAIL US FIRST stating your name, item, date of purchase, & reason to be considered for a return.

APPROVED RETURNS - the customer is responsible for the return shipping & insurance costs. We do not refund or credit your account nor do we compensate for the original shipping & insurance, but will re-consign the item under your name at the price you paid for it provided it reaches us in the same condition it left us (we price accordingly if there any damage or flaws), minus a 20% restocking fee of the price you paid. We will send you a contract to sign & email back to us if you are not already a consignor of ours. The contract is available on this website for you to view.

 

 IN-STORE PURCHASE 

RETURNS - We strongly advise you to inspect items, are 100% certain it's the piece you want and be sure of the measurements before you purchase (may vary a few millimeters). Most consigned items are gently used and may have imperfections, of which, may be unknowingly missed on inspection or in photos. We do our very best to inspect items and include any imperfections in our descriptions and photos. Please call the store with questions you may have. Because we are selling on behalf of our consignors ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

IMPORTANT: Once you have purchased your items they belong to you and are your responsibility. We advise you take them home the same day or pick up within 3 days as we have no room to store items. Items which are still stored with us on day four will be re-consigned under your name at the price you paid for it. You should bring your own help to load your items and may request a member of our team to assist if available. Southern Comforts is not liable for any damage which may be caused the duration your items stored with us or if we assist you any way to load or during transit. Please bring appropriate tie-downs and padding as we are unable to supply these. OUR WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS & HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO MOVE/LOAD HEAVY ITEMS.

On the very rare occasion a return is agreed, there will be a 20% restocking fee. We will consign your item under your account at the price you paid for it and you will need to become a consignor with us if already are not. Our contract is available on this website for you to view.
